Pregnancy

Reusable period products can also be used during pregnancy to help with unexpected leaks. They can also be used post-partum (after giving birth). Use the nighttime or highest absorbency pads as a great alternative to single-use hospital pads. They are made from soft and comfortable fabrics to help with comfort before or after baby is born. You can even soak them in soothing ingredients before freezing them for maximum postpartum relief.

Perimenopause

During perimenopause, it is common to experience unpredictable heavier, longer, lighter or shorter periods. Reusable period products can help!

Period pants and reusable period pads provide a comfortable, soft way to protect yourself from any unexpected leaks or sensitivity. A menstrual cup can give you an easy way of tracking how much you’re bleeding which can sometimes be useful information to supply to your doctor during perimenopause.

Incontinence

If you experience leaks, it is advised that you visit your doctor as you shouldn’t have to deal with incontinence long term. To manage any light leaks during exercise or day-to-day life, reusable pads or period pants can help. These reusables are soft, discreet and super absorbent so can be worn daily. They are not only more comfortable than single use alternatives but can be used again and again so they save you money and reduce waste.
