Funding opportunity for projects reducing food waste

Calling all local groups, schools, and organisations with a community focus!  

The Love Essex Fund is offering funding of up to £500 to projects that help families to reduce their household food waste.

Projects must:

• be based in Essex (excluding Southend-on-Sea and Thurrock)
• provide opportunities for the community to reduce their household food waste
• or provide skills and knowledge to the community to help reduce their household food waste

Projects could include low-waste cooking classes, educational workshops, and much more! Just remember to check the criteria before applying.

Applications are now open and close at midnight on Sunday 28 June.
